Fouling Block #1: This block was left under the Marine Discovery Tours dock. It was exposed during low tide.


Fouling Block #2: This block was left under the pier behind Hatfield Marine Science Center. It was not exposed at low tide. This is the same block that we examined in February 2002. Summer sunlight stimulated kelp and algal growth.
